How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1994.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a billing service that caters mostly to out-patient physical therapy practices. However we have done surgical and physician practice billing in the past.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started this business after working in 2 private practices from 1984 to 1993.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do our best to perform our services in the most complete and efficient manner. We have a monthly contact information flyer that goes out with our month-end processing and we keep in constant contact with our clients and their staffs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location where all employees work.

What type of payments do you accept?
Each client accepts payments for there respective practice---we do not accept payments on their behalf.
Which areas do you service?
Since we use the internet we are able to service just about any area, except those states that do not allow outside servicing.

Owner: Wendy McCormick Office Manager: Megan Fernandes
What are your hours of operation?
We are in the office Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm - and we take calls Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. We return calls on Wednesday and Friday from our answering machine.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
You really seem to be professional in your work.
